Intake form submissions are received via a secure webhook and stored in an access-restricted database available only to authorized Klyra personnel. Your information is not sold, and is not shared with any third party except the service providers we use to operate (see Section 5).
We retain engagement records — correspondence, system configuration, and project documentation — for the duration of the engagement and for up to 24 months afterward for reference purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Your business documents are different. Documents processed by your system in the course of the service (for example, deal documents flowing through your pipeline) are processed under zero-data-retention configurations with our AI providers, are never used to train any model — ours or anyone's — and are not accumulated or retained by Klyra beyond what processing requires. The 24-month retention above applies to engagement records only, never to your business documents. Specific retention terms are stated in writing before any build.
Klyra uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate — covering website hosting, workflow automation, AI processing, communication and video delivery, and payments. Each operates under its own privacy terms, and we share personal information with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Webhook data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our databases are access-restricted. We do not store payment card details — all payments are handled directly by our payment provider.
